COURSES FOR KIDS

PLAYSCHOOL LEARNERS AND YOUNG LEARNERS

PLAY SCHOOL, These are English courses for children from 3 to 5 years old. English is the primary language used in the classroom and each course is designed to motivate and encourage children’s participation in English, through games, stories, songs, physical activities, painting and crafts. We introduce them to English comprehension and oral expression.

YOUNG LEARNERS, 1,2,3,4,5; There are 5 English courses for children from 6 to 11 years old. English is the language of instruction and the courses are designed to motivate children’s participation in learning the English language. Great importance is given to oral comprehension and expression, which is gradually introduced through reading and writing. Learning to write is more gradual than learning to read, as once they can read well in their language, learning English is progressive. The four basic competencies are gradually introduced into the learning a language: Speaking, Reading, Writing & Listening.

CAMBRIDGE EXAMS

Cambridge English Assessment offers a wide variety of English language certifications with maximum international recognition. In addition to general English, they offer specific exams in English and diplomas for children. British School is a recognized by Cambridge English as an Exam Preparation Centre.

LEVELS AND TIMETABLES

Play School “A,B” 2H Classes per week

The objectives of this “play group” are to consolidate and expand their knowledge of the English language. By means of crafts, music, games and language immersion.

YOUNG LEARNERS “1,2,3,4,5” 2H Classes per week

The objectives of this groups are to consolidate and expand their knowledge of the English language. The four basic competencies are gradually introduced of learning a language: Speaking, Reading, Writing & Listening.
